R2 Storage
Newgate Storage: every invoice, form, photo and video in one place, filed automatically by CRAAIG.
Newgate Storage keeps the farm’s files in Cloudflare R2. Send a file in and CRAAIG reads it, works out what it is and which horse, person or company it belongs to, and files it away. Staff sign in with a 6-digit code sent to their work email or mobile.

Every image gets a description, the view (near side, far side, quartering…), movement, direction, whether a person is in shot, a 1–10 rating and its R2 location. Time, place, photographer and caption are read from the photo’s own metadata to help identify the horse.
Image links
Open any image and use Copy next to its public link to place it online. The link serves a copy with all metadata (camera, GPS, captions) stripped out, so it is safe for the website and social media.
